Apple slices
6'' ham, american, lettuce, tomato, oil & vinegar on wheat
Snacks-
1c Kashi Honey Sunshine Cereal & 2 tbsp dry roasted almonds
Trader Joes mixed berry fiberful bar
1.75 oz Spicy Chipotle Sun Chips
Dinner-
Baby spinach salad w/ tomato, onion, crumbled bacon, fresh mozzarella & honey mustard vinaigrette
6 oz filet mignon with red wine reduction
1c truffled smashed potatoes
3/4c french green beans
I worked out in the morning and drank about 3 bottles of water throughout the day. Not bad!
The hotel gym is awesome...in addition to the typical cardio equipment, it even has weight machines, dumbells, medicine balls, and exercise balls. I can continue getting in my strength training for sure!

That's great, Karen. I know from personal experience just how hard it is to do well when you're traveling.
