Work it out

Monday- 10 min treadmill (0.60 miles); 30 min squats/lunges/dumbells/abs/push-ups

Tuesday- 45 min treadmill intervals (4.50 miles)

Wednesday- 20 min stepmill; 20 min dumbells/push-ups/abs

Thursday- 3.5 mile run (35 min)

I used a kettlebell while doing squats and lunges on Monday and after a week and a half of no strength training, Tuesday morning I was sore! I don't know how I managed to do my intervals but I did. It hurt to move the rest of the day though!

I have heard great things about kettlebells - just wish I could find one at a good price.
